Cut pastry into squares and place on wax paper dusted with icing sugar. Then dust the tops with icing sugar.
Put in oven at 220C for 5 minutes, then take out, dust with icing sugar again then place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
They should then be puffed up and golden brown. Dust with icing sugar again and let cool.
Whip cream together with icing sugar until peaks form.
Place some whipped cream on a pastry piece, then cover with blueberries, then another pastry piece.
Dust with icing sugar (again!) and serve!
