Saffron and raisins.
Add 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water, saffron and raisons to a rice cooker.
For the meatballs.
Chop up all the ingredients and add them to a bowl with the meat and mix well, with your hands!
Form little meatballs.
Cook in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Garnish with parsley and serve :)
