Melt a stub of butter on low heat. IMPORTANT, LOW HEAT! Butter sucks when burnt.


Pour a couple spoon fulls of batter into the middle of the pan.


Cook a few minutes until bubble start to come up through the batter, then flip.


Cook for another few minutes until the bottom is a golden brown.


Stack and smother in Maple Syrup! Please note, only authentic Maple Syrup is good enough for these pancakes.
