Spent Grain
For those that brew their own craft beer using an all grain method, you can recycle the spent grains for use in food recipes... in theory... watch this blog for future updates to see how viable it is. :)
Ingredients
Spent Grain from a cerveza recipe. Approx 90% Pilsner, 5% Flaked Maize and 5% Rice.
Instructions
Layer the spent grain thinly on baking sheets, then leave in the oven on the lowest setting for 10 hours. Store in an air-tight container.
